On Monday (02-03-2026), Gyani Sir, Bharath Sir, Mahesh Sir, Divya Mam (wife of Mahesh Sir), Suresh Sir, Vasu, and myself visited Auro Mira Vidyadhan Mandir in Koraput, Odisha. It was truly a meaningful and inspiring visit for all of us. We learned many new methods and gained valuable insights about their unique education system
My Experience
The environment there was very peaceful and pleasant. The lake beside the campus and the pollution-free surroundings made the place feel very calm and refreshing. I really liked that natural atmosphere because it creates a perfect space for learning and personal growth.
I was also very impressed by the responsibility that the volunteers take for the students. Their commitment to make sure that every student understands things properly and grows in all aspects was truly inspiring. The students were also very well disciplined and respectful.
Sometimes when students make noise or behave playfully, we may feel a little angry. But while talking with Sangeetha madam, I understood that at those moments it is our responsibility to patiently explain things to the students in a way they can understand. Instead of reacting with anger, guiding them with patience is more important.
This experience made me realize that if we truly want to bring a positive change in students, we must have patience and strong determination. Change does not happen in a single day; it requires consistent effort, care, and belief in the students. It also reminded me that teaching is not just about giving knowledge, but about shaping attitudes, values, and confidence in young minds.
Overall, this visit gave me many valuable insights and inspired me to think more deeply about how we can create a better learning environment for our students.I sincerely thank you for giving me this wonderful opportunity to experience and learn from this inspiring institution. It was truly a valuable exposure for me. This visit helped me broaden my perspective on education, discipline, and holistic development. I am grateful for the chance to observe such a meaningful system and carry these learnings forward into our own programs.
