Srujanavani Scholarship Program-2019

15 Aug 2019 - 15 Aug 2019 SDC, and various Polytechniques & Colleges Srujanavani, every year celebrates the Independence Day through disbursing scholarships to the most needful students marking the culmination of a month and a half long rigorous process. Multiple criteria have been employed to shortlist the students. The economic status of the family, students passion to make big in life are two major criteria that were considered while identifying the students. The shortlisting was followed by house visits to assess the real situation of the family and dire need of the student. This year with the generous support from our sponsors M/s Chegg India - Shikshadaan and TABALA Group we were able to extend scholarships to 104 new students along with the 47 old students whom we were supporting for the last one year taking the total to 151 students benefiting out of the initiative. As we spread wings to new corners, we steadily recognize the importance of this initiative and the change it is able to bring in the lives of many. This year we are planning unique initiatives for the shortlisted children in improving their skills. We once again would like to take this opportunity to thank our generous supporters for reposing faith on us and making this initiative a grand success.
