NMMS (National Means cum Merit Scholarship) coaching program conducted by Yuva Kiran team for the year 2016 have successfully completed from 30th Sept to 12th Oct. The main objective of NMMS coaching is to guide economically poor students appearing for the NMMS scholarship exam being conducted by the Govt. of India. Upon successfully qualifying this exam the student is entitled to get a scholarship of Rs.6000 per year starting from 8th grade till the completion of intermediate (10+2) education.
About 110 students from 9 schools from rural villages have benefitted from this free NMMS coaching program. In the urban areas (Gopalapatnam SAC) about 30 students were benefitted by this coaching program.
Grand mock tests which mimic the pattern of NMMS exam are being conducted at Vaddadi and SAC premises on every Saturdays and Sundays till the NMMS exam (3rd November 2016).
Mock tests have been successfully conducted on 15th, 16th, and 22nd October benefitteing 110 students at Vaddadi premises and about 30 students at SAC Gopalapatnam.
Srujanavani conducted NMMS coaching during the year 2015 in which about 35 students have participated and out of them 7 students were qualified for scholarships.
